A pioneer in metal 3D printing and an established player, 3D incredible is certified for ISO 9001, ISO 13485 & AS 9100D. We provide one-stop solution for all your 3d printing requirements and is having in house facilities for concept development, preproduction, Designing, 3D Printing, post-processing,quality testing /assurance and training.
We at Incredible AM Pvt. Ltdwork with metal 3D printing (Additive Manufacturing) process, which is a latest manufacturing technology with a potential to revolutionize the way metal parts are being manufactured traditionally.3D printing technology has been accepted and implemented worldwide in industries like aerospace, defence, automobile etc. We work in collaboration with a large group of skilled and experienced leaders, engineers and doctors who turn this vision into reality. Our state of the art manufacturing unit provides all the facilities that are needed to provide the best possible solutions to industries at lowest price, highest quality and fastest lead time. Metal 3D printing is supported by other manufacturing methods of plastic 3D Printing, CNC milling and Vacuum casting, thusgiving end to end solution to our customers.
Here we will discuss regarding these manufacturing processes present at 3D incredible:
>Metal 3D printing
Metal 3D printing or additive manufacturing makes it possible to producevery complex and intricate shapes without dies and tooling. This process allows the manufacturing of parts that are built close to required dimensions, with precision and accuracy.
Metal 3D printing has several sub technologies available, whereas3D Incredible is working on one of them called SLM (Selective Laser Melting ) process.
The process of 3D metal printing begins with 3D modelling on computer-aided software, then the model is sliced into thin layers ranging from 30 to 60 microns. 3D printer spreads a layer of metal powder on build plate which is melted by LASER as per CAD model dimensions continuously. The part gets built layer by layer over the period of time. The parts are mechanically strong and dense that can be directly used in engineering applications.
Machines available with us:Two Renishaw AM 400 metal printers having capacity of 400 W laser which has built volume of 250 X 250 X 300 mm (L X W X H).
>Plastic 3D printing
Plastic 3D printing is used for functional prototypes, enabling real-world product development and testing to take place before costly investments in production tooling. These realistic prototypes can take on the appearance of your final finished product, including colour and material selection.
Manufacturing processes can be explored using functional prototypes to determine part weight, assembly process, and overall manufacturability. For example, customised 3D medical implants are printed using this technology in material of choice for surgeons to study the patient’s anatomy before surgery. Thermoplastics used by us include ABS, PLA, Nylon, ULTEM, photo-polymers such as wax, calcinable or biocompatible resins.
We can Provide parts in SLS technology with the built volume of 360x360x600 mm.
In addition to SLS we can also provide parts in SLA Technology (600X600X600 mm), FDM Technology (500X500X500 mm) and MJF Technology (380X380X280 mm)
> CNC Milling
Computer numerical control (CNC) is a common type of subtractive manufacturing, the process includes carving needed for manufacturing components from large blocks of material. The process of CNC cutting and metal 3D printing is done to manufacture parts that require high accuracy and are unachievable by just doing additive manufacturing.
Advantages of CNC cutting includes higher accuracy than 3D printing, accurate prototyping of metals parts with quick turnaround time.
Services offered by 3D incrediblefor CNC milling are 5 Axis CNC machining and 3 Axis CNC machining and CNC turning.
>Vacuum casting
Vacuum casting is a formative manufacturing process which offers parts for low volume production in less lead time and cost. It is a casting process for elastomers which uses a vacuum to draw any liquid material into the mould. The process is used when there are intricate details and undercuts on the mould with accuracy ranging from 30 microns to 100 microns subject to part geometry and size.
The manufacturing technique is ideally suited for low volume batch production when injection moulding does not provide beneficial costing. Typically, a single mould can be used to produce up to 50 parts before re-tooling is required.
