Mr.Krishna Joggannavar, a 17-year-old male residing in Hubali, Karnataka, student, with asymmetry in left orbital region and maxillary region. Mr.Krishna had a history of trauma at young age, leading to facial asymmetry. He was unhappy with the asymmetry and wanted to realign it with the right orbital and maxillary region.
